Hematology exam

sat for hematology exam yesterday morning...

did so badly ! T.T

actually the questions were very basic questions..

they asked about REAL basic knowledge of hematology...

the problem is we never expect them to ask such questions..

we only got ourselves prepared with knowledges on hematology diseases and disorders..

like etiology, pathophysiology, clinical features, laboratory features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment, prognosis...

and we focused more on anemias and leukemias rather than malignant lymphoma, plasma cell disorders and blood transfussion...

the questions in the blood transfussion part is TOUGH !!!!! REAL TOUGH !!!

now, half of the paper i'm not sure with my answers.. sigh..

really don't know what to do... sob*

was very upset and dissapointed... felt like crying right after i come out from the exam hall..

am having my oncology exam on coming saturday - 17 Oct

hope that it's going to help me to pull up my marks...

yay !!! oncology paper is over over OVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WEEEEeeeeeeee !! ^^ feeling so relieved now ! you have no idea... have been really stressful for the past whole 1 month+ ... syllabus's just so hard ! went shopping yesterday with mages and haneetha to get afew things for the Garde Night 08 tomorrow.. *last minute shopping* we walked there after dinner.. so we were checking out the bags, sandals and earings... i saw this one very very pretty little bag which i think that it's suitable for me... but when i saw the price tag ... O.o yupe! it's very expensive... then i thought for awhile.. because it's in black colour... so i might be able to use it for any functions, events or dinners in the future.. black matches everything! *^________^ was thinking so hard.. 妈常常都说：“你不能这样认为说每个人的想法都跟你差不多一样 … 你会这样想一件事情，不一定说别人也会像你这么想的啊！然后知道了才自己在那边 upset… 在那边失望，生气！” 真的。。真的很笨！ … 来到这里后真的学了很多！也得了好多的教训！要怪也只能怪自己太天真！怎么到遇到这么多的事情后才想通！ 可是当我们踏出校园以后，遇到的人不一定都会像学校的朋友一样了 … 会遇到每个不同性格的人 … 有时候会真的对他们失去耐心了，失望了，没办法在包容下去了 … 可是！还是要忍耐，迁就啊 … 如果连这么小的事情都应付不到，以后出到社会去工作时要怎样生存呢？就会更糟糕了，都不懂会不会惹来不必要的麻烦 … 雁！要加油！ forgive always! ^^
